The customer may request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. For this to occur, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received
- The product must be returned with the label intact, protectors attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories
How to request an exchange or return
Contact us via email (contact@kannir.com) and provide:
- Product name
- Order number
- Email registered at the time of purchase
- Reason for exchange or return
- Image or video proving the defect, if that is the reason
Refund methods
- Credit card refund: the refund may appear in up to two invoices after the return is completed
- TED: transfer to the customer's account that may be made within 5 business days after confirmation of the return (the transfer cannot be made to a third party's account)
Exchange and return for personalized products
The customer may only exchange or return personalized products if they present defects in the customization or in the product itself.
By their very nature, personalized products cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, they cannot be exchanged or returned (unless they present a manufacturing defect, customization error or are damaged/broken, as explained above)
